I posted the victory of Travis Clark at DMCC West other day. It looks drifting battle is heated up is East Coast of Canada, too. I like to share DMCC East Rd 4 report from Rockstar Energy Drift Team – Driver Fred Girard.

先日、DMCC Westでのトラビス・クラークの初優勝のリポートをポストさせて�*�きましたが、カナダ東海岸でのドリフト・バトルも白熱しているようです。　今日は、�*ックスター・エナジー・ドリフト・チー�*からDMCC-ドリフトマニア・カナディアン・チャンピオンシップ東部シリーズ第４戦のリポート をお送り致します。

A drift driver who has been battling with ProRacer ZR+520 in DMCC East, Federic Girard and Rockstar Energy Drift Team obtained 2nd place podium finished at DMCC Rd4 - Montmagny Speedway - Quebec.

DMCC EASTをProRacer ZR+520で戦うドライバー、フレデリック・ジラードと�*ックスター・エナジー・ドリフト・チー�*が８月14〜15日にケベック州モントマグニー・スピードウェーで行なわれました、DMCC第４戦にて２位表彰台を獲得!!

Fred was on fire and push is machine as hard as it can handle. Practice sessions were bang on line with maximum speed and angle. We qualified in 7th position and "Rocks" our way to the finals. Top 16 battles were nothing easy with many One More Times with Greig Basdeo and Claude Poirier. Fred did an awesome job going against Dave Briggs having a unanimous decision from all three judges with 2 perfect runs. Final runs going with Matt "The Wolf" Waldin were great but the opponent finished on top with 2 cleaned runs.

フレッドは最初から持てる技を駆使して全開!!　プラクティスから全速力＆深い角度を�*持。　７位で予選通過、本番へ向けてイケイケ・�*ード。　トップ16のバトルは苦戦の連続。　グレッグ・バデオとは何度もサドンデスになり「One More Time!」の嵐〜!!　その後対デイブ・ブリッグス戦では、３人のジャッジが全員一致で２本とも満点を出す、ものすごい仕事をやってのけ、決勝戦へ。　ファイナルの相手は、マット“ウルフ”ウォルディン。　フレッドの走りも良かったが、相手のクリーンな走りにわずかに及ばず…。

　　

We had a wonderful weekend at the first Castrol DMCC Night Drift Event. The weather was perfect and a massive crowd came to cheers at this special event. The crew activated Rockstar products sampling distributing more than 350 cans.

チー�*は第１回カスト�*ールDMCCナイト・ドリフト・イベントですばらしい週末を過すことができました。　天候にも恵まれ、多くのお客さんがこのスペシャル・イベントを盛り上げてくれました。　350缶以上の�*ックスターのサンプルドリンクもあっという間になくなってしまいました…。

Fred and the Rockstar Energy Drift Team enjoyed this podium finished and they are confident that this will not be the last.

フレッド＆チー�*はこの2位フィニッシュをとてもうれしく思うと同時に、再度表彰台に立つ自信を持つことが出来きたようです。

I went to Adams Motorsports Park, a racing kart track in Riverside, CA, last night to watch Time Attack Tuesday. I was glad there were many people participated and many of them remembered me, even I haven’t visited this event for more than one year. My friends/customers, James and Mike have been organizing this mini time attack every Tuesday evening since 2008. This event has given chances to many drivers to get into racing. I really like to show our appreciation to these guys as a representative of tuner industry in Los Angeles. Who gave me the right? LOL

昨晩はリバーサイドのアダ�*ス・モータースポーツ・パークというカート�*�へ「タイ�*アタック・チューズデー」を見に行ってきました。　一年ぶりに訪れたのですが、参�*者も多く、会�*�にいるたくさんの人が私のことを覚えていてくれてうれしかったです。　このミニ走行会は私の友人であり、お客さんでもあるジェー�*スとマイクが2008年以来、毎週火曜日の夕方に開催しているんです。　このイベント、多くの人にモータースポーツへの第1�*�を踏み出すチャンスを与えてきたのは確実。　�*スアンジェルスのチューナー�*界を代表して感謝を申し上げますです。　誰に選ばれたわけでもないけど（笑）。

Time Attack Tuesday is a race against clock competition. It is basically same way as big time attack, like Redline Time Attack, which gives you one warming lap, one attack lap, then one cool down lap. 1 session (3 attack minimum) only $20.00!! American Muscle Power Explosion on the tiny kart course! - I saw new group of people enjoying. The regulars are Civic, Miata, Lancer, Impreza, etc. Adams Time Attack is the place everybody can enjoy their rides, as long as they are cars!

まさにアメリカン・マッスル・パワーが小さなカートコースに炸裂! - ここの常連はシビック、ミアータ、ランエボ、インプなどですが、新しいグループが登�*�。　　アダ�*スでのタイ�*アタックは誰でも、どんなクルマでも、クルマでありさえすれば楽しめちゃう、いいイベントです。

One thing I noticed was most of drivers didn't wearing driving gloves (it happen not only this event…). It was sad.... It is important for not only safety but also sure driving to get the best time. Our ARD professional series (ARD-270 & ARD-272) might be too much for most of them, but we have 5ZIGEN driving gloves which are very affordable. It is basically racing kart glove which gives good grip, just not fireproof. Get a pair before you go time attack next Tuesday!

ちょっと、気になったことがひとつ。　ほとんどのドライバーがグ�*ーブをしてないんです（このイベントに限ったことではないのですが…）。　ドライビング・グ�*ーブは安全の面からはもちろん、操作を確実にし、ベストタイ�*をゲットするための必�*�アイテ�*。　ARDのプ�*仕様（ARD-270、ARD-272）はこのレベルの面々にはちょっと高価で手が出ないかもしれないけど、お手�*�価�*�の5ZIGENドライビング・グ�*ーブもあります！　こちらは基本がカート用のグ�*ーブで耐火性がない�*けで、グリップ感、はめ心地はバッチリ。　来週までに１双買って、火曜日のアダ�*ス・アタックへ!!
